Expectant father, Pete Wentz is gearing up himself to welcome his baby and has been taking lesson from Ashlee’s dad Joe Simpson and is also spending time with his own dad to learn the tricks of becoming a dad.

He said, I’m reading all the books. The best one I’ve read so far is ‘The Expectant Father’.

“I’m talking to my dad a lot. I’m talking to Ashlee’s dad a lot. We hang out with other people who have kids. You see the world in a different way. It’s exciting.”

Well Ashlee will be a one happy woman to have a hubby like Pete.

Fall Out Boy hitmaker, Pete Wentz bonds really well with the ‘No Such Thing’ hitmaker and is deciding to have him as his child’s godfather.

A source says, “Pete and John have been spending a lot of time together lately and they get on so well. They are firm friends. John gets a bad rap and is always portrayed as a bad boy but he’s got a heart of gold. Pete and Ashlee know that and they think he would make a great godparent.

“But they are holding back asking him at the moment because they are not sure how Ashlee’s sister Jessica would feel about her ex having such a strong link to her new niece.”

Well Jessica might not be having such problem but Jennifer would sure mind this new going to-be connection.

Newly wed couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are all set to welcome their daughter on Halloween.

The couple who tied the knot in May this year were excited when they got to know that their daughter is due on October 31.

A source reveals, “Ashlee and Pete are on cloud nine. The doctor told them they actually conceived the baby just before Valentine’s Day while they were on vacation and has given them an initial due date of October 31.”

The source adds,  “When Pete heard he might have his baby on Halloween, he went nuts. For a rocker type like Pete, that would be just too perfect!”

Well we hope that the daughter does not turn out to be spooky.

Newly named Ashlee Wentz was spotted in Vegas with her husband and parents for the grand opening party of Palms Place where Pete played the DJ.

Newly married singer Ashlee Simpson along with her husband Pete Wentz has finally admitted her pregnancy after denying the rumors for a long time.

Pete Wentz announced the happy news on his webspace, “While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child.”

“This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family.”

Ashlee Wentz and Pete Wentz tied the knot on May 17th in California.

The cutest couple of Hollywood has finally tied the knot in a secret and intimate ceremony. Ashlee and Pete’s spokesperson has confirmed the wedding. The wedding was kept as a secret and took place at Ashlee Simpson’s parent’s home situated in Encino, California. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were among the 150 guests attending the ceremony. Jessica Simpson along with on-off boyfriend Tony Romo attended the ceremony, serving as maid of honor for younger sister Ashlee. Ashlee Simpson looked stunning in an ivory lace Monique Lhuiller gown, which went well with her diamond necklace and Neil Lane earrings.

The couple’s rep confirmed the wedding,” We’re delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were married this evening in front of family and close friends.”
